I aim to have all orders dispatched to customers within 10 working days, but delivery can take up to 28 days.

As many items are customised and may take longer than usual, I will try to advise you of an expected dispatch time when you place your order. You can contact me at any time for updates.

At busy times, orders may take a little longer. Please also be aware that the order book will have set closure dates before Easter, Christmas etc. to keep up with demand.

All items are shipped out by a recorded method and I keep tracking details for each parcel.

The delivery methods vary for each item, depending on size, weight and value.

The options for each items are listed on the page with item details – you can choose which method is best for you.

Although each method has an estimated delivery time, this isn’t guaranteed.

If you ask me for arrange a method with a guaranteed time, this can usually be arranged.

The delivery time has no impact on the dispatch time – even if you select a 24-48 hour Courier service, the usual 10 working days still apply. If you need something by a specific date, please contact me and I’ll see how I can help you – please don’t just assume your order will be there quickly!

I try to use as much recycled or recyclable packaging material as I can when I pack your orders.

I pack everything securely to avoid any damage.
